17th Annual Smoky Mtn. Shrimp Boil
Macon County / Jackson County Habitat for Humanity held their 17th Annual Smoky Mountain Shrimp Boil
event on Saturday, August 10 at First Presbyterian Church in Downtown Franklin, North Carolina.
More than 400 pounds of shrimp was served along with five bushels of corn and 50 pounds of jambalaya.
Thanks to everyone that supported the event!
Proceeds help fund our building projects in Macon County/Jackson County, NC.
The 18th Annual Shrimp Boil is coming in August 09, 2014 and will be held at Franklin First Baptist Church.

Macon County/Jackson County Habitat for Humanity ReSale Store Paranormal Activity !
Ghost Hunters from four states have confirmed that there is without a question paranormal activity taking place at the Macon County Habitat for Humanity ReSale Store at 56 West Palmer Street in Franklin, NC.
An employee of the ReSale Store decided to check surveillance tape and much to her surprise a ghostly figure or apparition moves across the screen around the same time the store's burglar alarm went off.
